Earls in Edmonton

I love this earls; Gisele has served me on a few occasions and every time she’s been conscious of my dietary restrictions, always demonstrating her knowledge of the menu. She is also, so friendly and FULL of energy. As someone with a lot of allergies, I always find earls to be a stress-free option.

Always a consistent high level of service. The food is not "over the top" but neither are the prices.

We ordered the Pizza kit and we're not happy with what we got. We went and picked it up and didn't check in the bag until we got home. Once we looked at it we found we were only given 2 balls of dough, not 4 like the description says. We drove all the way back to get the 2 forgotten dough balls, the manager was very unpleasant and gave us 2 balls of dough that were frozen solid. Pretty sure we were only given 2 in the bag on purpose because they didn't want to give up 4 thawed doughs.We were planning on making the 4 pizzas for dinner for our family of 4, but we're only able to make 2 because the other dough was going to take hours to thaw.I would give fewer stars, but once made the pizzas did taste pretty good.

The staff at the front desk were lovely, great place for take out.

We celebrated 2 graduations and a birthday yesterday. Our service was amazing, food was quick and delicious, and the bartender created some amazing shots for a few of our party to enjoy. Well done !!!

Went for brunch during happy hour and it was a great decision. It was very affordable to order a plate of food along with a mimosa. Very clean and friendly servers! Will definitely come back for another great deal!

Called and asked if the place is dog friendly and the lady said yes. But when we came after about an hour they found out that they don’t have a license.

Waitress was great, efficient. The food was very tasteful and they accommodated my switch from a wrap to lettuce, no questions asked.

Apparently this is what you get in a $17.50 Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. I am embarrassed for whoever decided this should be sent to a customer. It's almost hilarious how ridiculous this looks.

Had dinner tonight at White Mud Earl’s restaurant with my sister and my niece. We were all very pleased with the fast service and delicious fare. The waitress, Patrice(1057) gave us great service with a big friendly smile. Will definitely be spreading the word about your wonderful restaurant and will be eating there again soon.

Worst customer service ever, I had to give them 1 start but if I could I would of give 0. First we waited for 30 minutes for a waiter which never come WE had to ask someone to please take our order ( we saw a couple sit in front of us and a waiter was there right away to take their order) now it’s been 1h and just now we got our drinks. who knows how long we'll have to wait to eat.

We went out to grab a quick bite and it was great! Nicole was our server and she was lovely. Attentive but not overbearing, and super kind. We got the filet, and the steak and sushi and it was delicious. Would go again :)!

Food was really good. Server's name was Maya, and she was very efficient and helpful.

Came here for happy hour and ordered two different appetizers off the happy hour menu. The waitress messed up on one of the items but was quick to have the correct item brought out. Then when we went to pay, we noticed she charged me for a full price meal off the normal menu which was almost $7 more than it should have been. She changed this too after it was pointed out, but it was a little annoying to deal with two mistakes over a very simple order.

Needed a place to attend a meeting few days ago and we came across this location of Earls! It was great, food, everything and service was on point.

I enjoyed the precautions they out in place during COVID. We expected delays but the food did take a touch longer than expected. However, the staff was accommodating and attentive. Great presentation and the food was still hot. Thanks for the great dinner!

Great adaptations to the new COVID world order.

We had such a good experience here with our server, Maya. She was attentive to the unique needs I expressed to help observe physical distancing while also allowing my daughter to participate in a physically distanced graduation dinner with her classmates. This was no easy task, but Maya made it look easy and it even made everyone feel safe, cared for and happy! Thank you so much!

On short notice we brought a large group to the restaurant. They were extremely accommodating and the food was exceptional. The manager Jeff was extremely professional and the staff was fantastic allowing the meal to go off without a hitch. We would not hesitate to recommend this establishment and thanks again to Jeff and his staff for a great evening.

Coleslaw and warm potato salad are over dressed and tasteless. Could be improved with less mayo, and adding a dash of apple cider vinegar, mustard and sugar..and a splash of Frank's. Don't drown out the cabbage with Mayo sauce..just bless it with flavor! Ribs were just satisfactory, too much sauce.. but literally fell off the bones so didn't dare pick up... it's knife and fork style, which was interesting but tidy. Expensive for 1/2 rib order and disappointing coleslaw and warm potato salad that I could not even finish. Service was very satisfactory.. but we had to request extra napkins for burger and rib experience. My husband's Beyond Meat burger had excellent presentation, was tasty and he really enjoyed it with the fresh greens salad. The power bowl salad is usually my first choice for a mid afternoon but on more than one occasion they forget to add all toppings..the avocado for instance.

The kitchen staff had a huge fight as we arrived, we waited an hour and a half for our food, but it was completely free and our server was amazing!

Meal was perfect, service was perfect, there was even a small mishap with the meal and the management addressed in an appropriate manner. Would eat again.

Customers behind my table was up and walking to bathroom and back . With out anyone ,who works at restuarant making the rules equal for all . Mangers need to be on top of this ...same with hostess. Enforce rules . Or ask them to leave..

Tonight was my 2nd dinner, this week at Earl’s, as I am staying a nearby hotel. First dinner was the crispy tofu which was good. Second dinner was salmon bowl ... how disappointing to find overcooked salmon and over ripe (brown) avocado. Seasoning on both dishes was quite bland. While the food didn’t measure up, I applaud Earl’s for creating a very safe, sanitary & clean environment.

I've been to this location many times and the experience has been positive. What prompted me to write this review is the fact that parents were here this evening. Their order was delayed and the friendly manager and wait staff picked up their whole tab without my parents asking or complaining. My parents really appreciated how the whole situation was handled. Thank you!

Overall? It was okay. My wife and I went to Earls to eat benedicts on happy hour. We ordered Avocado and Lobster benedicts. I asked waitress to cook my eggs as "soft." But when I got my food it was not even close to soft; it was med-hard poached egg. Dishes were okay but eggs are beauty of Benedict, so it was kind disappointed. Also while I was eating, I noticed that kitchen ppl were loud and noisy. In addition, kitchen did not turn off timers in time. That mean is, either they were so busy to chat or they were not paying attention which could end up overcook dishes. It was okay, but not recommended.

My sangria didn’t have fruit, the buffalo cauliflower had no sauce, and my medium rare steak was well done.. giving three stars rather than one because our server was understanding and tried her best to remedy the mistakes.

Haven't gone to Earl's in years because of a few non satisfactory experiences at a different location, but the attentive service and politeness of the wait staff at this location is superb.

Happy hour starts at 3pm. I'm pretty sure the food was good too.

We had a great experience. Naomi was very attentive. All staff wear masks just in case you were wondering. Cleaning seems stringent. Very impressed. Food was great. Will definately be back as we all felt very safe and taken care of.

I went for a couple drinks with a friend one evening and it was a pleasure. Adequate spacing of tables and servers were very polite friendly and courteous. I will go again 💞!!

Had the at Earles on 45th and Calgary trail in Edmonton. Had the crispy prawn roll which is a new item. Yummy. I am from Vancouver and eat a lot of sushi and I have to say this is a good one. Highly recommend. The restaurant was very nice with a big patio, separate seating including curtained off tables (COVID). Service could not have been better. Highly recommend the restaurant and the crispy prawn roll.

Great restaurant to hang out with some friends. Service has always been excellent with me; staff were friendly and welcoming, wait time for food was excellent and the environment was great. Definitely recommend this location and definitely would go back.

6/5 stars if I could food was AMAZING ! The naked highballs were sooo good and I absolutely love the layout of the establishment with lots of open windows and panels . Lots of patio space and greenery , the atrium is a beautiful place to have a drink and good food on a beautiful summer night. Definitely one of my favourite places now

This location has been pretty consistent for a few years when I have visited as a good place to go for a business lunch with a sports flare. The food is good and the service is okay usually. Best if you arrive before the lunch rush or after.... it's popular.

Always consistently solid food. With a wide menu and varying specials, it is an excellent place to meet up with others. Lounge is always busy while the restaurant area is usually walk in on week nights. Don't forget to try their weekend brunch.
